Keto Fast Diet Pills and other Supplements - A look Into This Trend
Are you taking the Keto 30 Challenge? You may be paying $150 for salt.
2020 is the year of the Keto diet! Unless you're living under a rock, you have probably heard of the newest diet craze, the ketogenic diet. If you have heard this and wondered, "what exactly is a keto diet" we're here to answer that and many other questions you may have. A ketogenic diet is a trendy, new diet plan where you get 70% of your total daily calories from fat, 20% will come from protein, and the last 10% or less from carbohydrates. This diet is based around the idea of getting your body to enter a metabolic state that is known as ketosis. Ketosis is when your body starts burning fat for fuel, which leads to a person being able to shed weight at an accelerated speed.
There is also a popular diet program that lasts a month (30 days) and is sponsored by KetoLogic called The Keto 30 Challenge. The difference in this challenge is it no only involves implementing a "keto" diet but also involves a large assortment of Keto Supplements. Keto Fast, which is produced by Honest Keto Diet, was recently featured on Shark Tank, sells similar weight loss pills, known as Keto Fast. We'll look at the difference in our product, Keto Fast and the other keto supplements in the market. The first thing we notice about the other keto supplements is that they are very pricey and include ingredients like ketones designed to suppress appetite, and also includes electrolytes which counter the dehydrating effects of the keto diet, certain vitamins and minerals and most contain caffeine for a little extra boost to get through the day.
When you read the labels, the claims are very abundant: They claim that they will help you achieve ketosis within 3 days, clear any brain fog you may be experiencing, fuel your daily performance, and many other benefits. One of the biggest problems is that all of these supplements come at a very hefty financial burden, and without the guidance of a physician, could lead to unintended, undesirable consequences for your health.
The keto diet has given us many reasons to pause and really think about, the keto supplements worry us even more, not only for the financial burden but also the physical harm it could do. Any supplement that affects your metabolism is a little scary. When your body is in a starvation state, it uses these "ketones" for energy in a very similar to a ketogenic diet, for the fuel your body needs, and then converts those ketones into glucose. When your body is in this state, all of those ketones stimulate and increase in the production of leptin, which is the hormone that makes you feel full, and it decreases the ghrelin, which is the hormone that stimulates your appetite.
The way it works is, the higher your blood concentration of ketones, the less you feel hungry. The reason it works like this is, in the history of humans and their evolution, vast periods of famine forced our bodies to adjust so that we wouldn't be tempted to eat something poisonous if there were no food available to us. The problem is now, in the 21st century: when we take supplemental ketones they will most likely decrease appetite by raising blood levels of ketone bodies. I know you are now probably asking, "what's the catch"? Well, the ketogenic state that you're entering has been linked to increasing the satiety hormones and decreasing hunger hormones but here's the catch: Once you stop eating a keto diet after 30 days or however long you manage to stay on it, the appetite-suppressing hormones will then increase to a much greater level from your baseline. This means once you stop the keto diet, you're likely to feel much hungrier than you did before you started the keto diet. This is the reason you see or hear about so many people who did great on a diet but as soon as they were off, all the weight and more came back. That's why they say there is no "magic Pill" and to truly lose weight you only need to use or burn more calories per day than you are taking in. That's it, that's "The Secret". Want to excel in these results? Throw in a little cardio or exercise. The other option is Keto-Fast Pills as seen on Shark Tank. Even if you stop your keto diet, Keto Fast will keep your body in ketosis and your brain will continue to tell your body that you're full. This will help you maintain all of the weight you recently dropped.
Other Supplements are Expensive and You Probably Already Have Their Ingredients In Your Pantry
Electrolyte supplements provide your body with sodium- they can sometimes provide up to 40% of your recommended daily intake. They are oftentimes used by professional athletes for endurance training, but the keto-friendly supplements, like Keto Fast Pills, also energize you and offset the physical side effects of the keto flu.
Yep, the Keto-Flu is a real thing! I know you're now wondering and I'll tell you. The keto flu is a host of flu-like symptoms that include aching, exhaustion, cramps, diarrhea, constipation, and overall weakness during the first few days when beginning a keto diet.
The good news is that it's not an actual virus or "flu" but is actually the result of your body dehydrating when you switch from glucose to fat for energy. The other side effect you'll notice is low-carb diets tend to have a diuretic effect that typically lasts the first few days. This means you are losing more water and electrolytes(such as potassium and sodium) in urine than you normally would. The reason this happens is that your body is losing vast amounts of water as it turns muscle glycogen for energy and your body's insulin levels decrease.
If you are planning on starting a keto diet, you will need to drink additional fluids with extra electrolytes, especially in the first four days. Doing this will mitigate the increased heart rate associated with dehydration.
The other supplements (Ketoburn and Ketologic do provide electrolytes in supplement form, but my biggest complaint about this is (besides the fact that messing with your body's biochemistry to the point of increasing your heart rate for really no good reason): Ketologic is $100 per container, Ketoburn is $40 per container, and the predominant electrolyte you're getting in either of the products is simply sodium. I don't know about you but I'm not really interested in spending up to 100 times more money than I need to, I could just as easily run to the grocery store and pick up a container of salt (Sodium Chloride) for about $1. That's why we love Keto Fast Pills, they contain an assortment of different electrolytes, vitamins, and minerals, enough for you to get your daily dose of each and a Full month Supply is only $19.99.
Now We'll Look at Beating Brain Fog
A big claim by KetoLogic is that it will beat the brain fog, a lot of us suffer from when starting out on a keto diet. Well, that makes sense since it does contain caffeine, yes it is energizing! The reason you feel so lethargic and have no energy is a result of your brain being glucose deficient. Research has proven that consuming moderate amounts of caffeine is actually a good thing, the science agrees these benefits are seen mostly through the consumption of coffee and tea, not pills and supplements as both are plant-based drinks with antioxidants. These supplements attempt to mimic the effects but fall short except for Keto Fast, who actually are made with plant-based/extracted caffeine and also many other antioxidants such as beta carotene. The biggest complaint on these other supplements again is the cost. Based on what you are receiving, it's just not worth it. If you don't get Keto Fast Pills, I would just brew a cup of coffee at home for that extra boost.
Keto Fast Diet Pills as seen on Shark Tank also includes important nutrients like potassium, magnesium, and calcium. This is very important since a keto diet limits fruits and vegetables, so you definitely need to supplement with multi-vitamins or keto Fast Diet Pills, which includes all of these. Keto research is fairly new and I'm sure we'll continue to learn more about this promising diet in the years to come. At the end of our own personal experience with keto diet supplements, we have found Keto Fast Pills are the perfect companion to a keto diet. It isn't a miracle or magic pill but like the name suggests it's a supplement that will provide you with the chemicals your body needs to function and that you may be depriving your body of if you're trying a keto diet.
